Terms and conditions of sale

Payment:
We accept cash, credit cards and EFT payments. These payments should be made prior to or on delivery.
Costs and charges for delivery and collection are excluded from the item price.
All items to be paid on arrival and remains the property of That Couch Place until fully settled.
Items not paid will be returned, delivery fees will be charged regardless.
Items ordered and paid for must be collected within 14 days.
All non- regular stock ("special orders") to be paid at time of order.
We do not do any refunds
Fabrics for special orders may not be supplied by customer.

Warranties:
Warranties on couches are 1 year workmanship. This includes the frame and stitching. We do not offer refunds and exchanges may only be done if the factory, after inspection, find that repair is not a suitable option. Warranties do not include transport or loan goods. The warranty includes a 30 day warranty on foam for factory defects. Fabrics do not have warranties.

Bed warranties are dependent on the type of bed and vary from manufacturer to manufacturer.
Demo or used stock are sold as is, "voetstoots", "no warranty ", "no ifs, buts or the law..."
